Specialist Search Network
Saiyō's curated global network of specialist headhunters, drawn on by embedded headhunters when a search needs deeper functional, market or geographic expertise.
The Specialist Search Network is a curated, invitation-only group of specialist headhunters that extends Saiyō's embedded capability across functions, markets and geographies. It is not a marketplace, an agency panel or a freelance network: roles are never put out to multiple firms, and specialists are individually vetted against a verifiable track record. The embedded Saiyō headhunter remains accountable for every search from strategy through to offer, and activates a specialist only when that expertise clearly improves the hiring outcome. Work happens inside the client's existing process and ATS, under Saiyō's scorecards, confidentiality terms and candidate experience standards, and is included in the subscription with no additional fee.
