Embedded Talent Acquisition
A delivery model where an external recruiter joins the customer's team and tooling for the duration of the engagement, rather than working at arm's length.
Embedded Talent Acquisition (Embedded TA) is a model in which an external recruiter or recruitment team integrates directly into the customer's hiring function, working inside the customer's ATS, attending stand-ups, owning the candidate experience and presenting candidates as part of the in-house team. Embedded TA is the operational backbone of modern RaaS engagements and contrasts with the transactional, external nature of agency recruitment.
