    Calibration sprint

    Week one. We embed in your hiring team, sit through interviews, dissect the last five hires (good and bad) and rebuild the scorecard from first principles. The output is a single-page brief everyone agrees on, including the trade-offs.

    Market map

    We map the addressable talent universe for the role: every relevant company, every relevant team, every relevant title. Typically 200 to 800 named individuals per role. This is the bench from which we hunt for the duration of the engagement.

    Calibrated outreach

    Personalised, multi-channel sequences. No mass mailers. Each candidate gets a message crafted to their specific situation, written by a senior hunter who has read their work. Response rates run 40 to 60 percent against an industry baseline of 5 to 10.

    Structured assessment

    Every shortlisted candidate goes through the same scorecard against the same competencies. We submit interview notes, references and our written rationale alongside the CV. You make the decision. We give you the data to make it well.

    Offer and close

    We negotiate on your behalf with full visibility. We pre-close every candidate before the offer goes out. Average offer-to-acceptance rate above 90 percent across our engagements.

    Continuous loop
