We commit to the shortlist, not the hours.

Most embedded providers bill for recruiter time. If no one gets hired, you still pay. Saiyō credits are satisfied by a hireable shortlist, with a 45-day delivery guarantee and 100-day replacement on every placement. Unused credits roll 10% into year two. If we've started a search, we finish it, contract status irrelevant.
