The challenge
Hiring at this volume across four continents created two problems for Boomi: cost-control under traditional agency fee structures, and consistency of bar across geographies. Boomi wanted an embedded partner that could take ownership of a meaningful slice of that hiring, particularly GTM and specialist roles, and deliver headhunted candidates predictably alongside their internal talent team.
Our approach
We embedded our RaaS model directly into Boomi's talent function as always-on specialist support. Continuous talent mapping by region, dedicated headhunters per function, and a shared portal kept every brief visible. The model started as a plug-in for one region and scaled to a multi-continent partnership.
The outcome
Saiyō now delivers an agreed share of Boomi's critical hires on a predictable subscription, with cost per hire on the roles we own materially below previous agency benchmarks. Coverage spans UK, Europe, North America and APAC, under one model, with one bar.
