Executive Search
A retained, confidential headhunting process used to identify and hire C-suite and VP-level leadership.
Executive Search is a retained recruitment service used to identify, assess and hire senior leadership (typically C-suite, SVP and VP roles). Engagements are confidential, evidence-based and run on dedicated timelines. Fees are usually a fixed retainer paid in instalments rather than a percentage of salary, and the process leans heavily on calibrated outreach to passive candidates rather than inbound applications.
