CVaaS (CV as a Service)
An on-demand sourcing service that delivers a steady flow of pre-qualified, headhunted CVs into the customer's pipeline without per-hire fees.
CV as a Service (CVaaS) is a productised top-of-funnel sourcing offer in which a partner delivers a contracted number of headhunted, pre-qualified candidate profiles into the customer's ATS each week or month. CVaaS is typically used to feed an existing in-house recruitment team that has interview capacity but lacks proactive sourcing capacity. It is cheaper than full RaaS and faster to spin up than building a dedicated sourcer team in-house.
