Offer Acceptance Rate

The percentage of formal offers that are accepted by the candidate, typically measured over a quarter or year.

Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR) measures the percentage of formal offers extended that are accepted by the candidate. A healthy benchmark for SaaS scale-ups is above 85 percent. Below 75 percent typically signals comp misalignment, weak candidate experience or rushed pre-close. Saiyō pre-closes every candidate before offer extension, with engagements averaging above 90 percent.
