Time to Hire
The number of days between role kickoff and a signed offer.
Time to Hire is the elapsed time between a role being opened and a candidate signing the offer. It is influenced both by sourcing speed and by the customer's interview process speed. Saiyō's own RaaS average is 38 days from kickoff to signed offer, against published benchmarks of 39 days for non-executive roles and 50 to 62 days for technology roles.
