Interview Scorecard

A structured assessment instrument used by interviewers to evaluate candidates against the same competencies and rating scale.

An Interview Scorecard is a structured document that defines the competencies, signals and rating scale used to assess every candidate for a given role. Scorecards are the single highest-leverage intervention in hiring quality: they reduce interviewer bias, force calibration across panels and create comparable data for hiring decisions.
